We are experts, however if we need additional help then we use our network of hardware and software partners to help resolve any issues that you have. Our support normally includes a combination of remote support and planned on–site visits. During the site visits we will manage and maintain your systems, support your users and discuss ways of upgrading and improving your IT infrastructure.

We like to start by finding out what is important to you. We listen to your priorities and urgencies and then work out how to deliver the most cost-effective IT solution.

  • Our help desk will take your call and prioritise any issues so that we can deal with them efficiently and in an order that is important to you. We enjoy solving problems big and small, so tell us what you need and we will do everything we can to solve any IT problems you may have.

  • Providing user support services by telephone and remote access to supplement our on site visits.


  • On-Site Support
  • We will arrange the on-site visits to a schedule that suits your business requirements e.g. weekly, monthly.


  • Remote Support
  • When not on site we will regularly monitor your server and systems from our offices.


  • Emergency Support
  • We like to start by listening to you, finding what is important to you and what you need from your systems. What are your priorities and urgencies and how can we make your IT deliver better value for money.
